Posted onOptimal Pilates Galway is pleased to announce it has moved to Zoom! We’re missing seeing everyone in person, but we have to adapt to the challenges that Covid-19 is throwing our way. So far so good for 2021, with a lot of regular class attendees making the transition to online classes with me.
